Why source documents not displayed in QMC?

Have set up the source document folder in QMC -> System -> Distribution Service -> General -> Source Document

And there is qvw under the source document.

However the folder displayed as empty (no document) in QMC -> Source Doucment?

Any one know why?

thanks Anil, I want to create task to reload source document, but cannot find the source docuemnt in QMC.

What do you mean the source document

You want to schedule the job for your existing documents

I mean cant find the document from QMC.

OMC > Documents Tab > Source Documents

Oh now got it, Would you share the screen shot and meantime check whether the path would given proper or not. Check the mount / Root folder and then we can discuss the issue to solve

Hi Jack,

Source Documents are related to Publisher, without Publisher license you will only have User Documents.

May be you have only Server license as per my understanding so go to user documents and check there your .qvw file and click on that and schedule the job.

Here is the screenshot. The source folder(D:\..\QV, D:\..\QV\...\Extractor) is empty, actually there are subfolders and qvw files

we have the license as we can see source document tab in QMC.

I tried removed the publisher license and not be able to see source document tab any more.
