Windows Users are not showing

Hi,

     I have a 10 doc cal licence and qlikview server is installed on windows 2012 server.

     none of the user list is coming for assigning the doc cals.

     is there any other settings for windows 2012 server.?

     Can anybody help please..?

Dear Ajith,

Probably you have not configured the AD in qv server yet. Without configuring that properly you won't be able to see the windows users to assign CALs.
