With Qlik 12 SR2 version - Scroll bars in Chart and table objects are not working with click and drag option

Using Mouse click and drag option, usually the scroll bars works, but now with the Qlik 12 SR2 version - the Click and drag the scroll bar does not work.

Any one else facing the same issue?
