I'm trying to connect to an MS Access database with user level security using MS Jet 4.0 OLE but when I test the connection I get an error:
"Test connection failed because of an error in initializing provider. Cannot start your application. The workgroup information file is missing or opened exclusively by another user"
The workgroup file is in the same folder as the database and nobody has it open (exclusively or not).
