World Country Map Chart. Is it possible?

Hi,

I need to create a Country World Map Chart. I need the whole country be highlighted (no addresses neither specifics geographic coordinates).

The users would select a country or a continent in a listbox, then the countries or the continent has to be selected in the map.

Besides, when the users hover their mouse over a country it would have to appear a tooltip with information of the country.

Is it possible?
