From what I can understand by looking at this is, You can take the fields from which the values Label1, Label2 etc are coming as your dimension in a STRAIGHT TABLE. and then you can use your expressions for which the bars are displayed and select display option as minichart (in that select bar chart).
This would give something similar to your requirement.
