Writing condition for Drill Down List box

Hi All,

I am using a List Box which shows a Drill Down group.

How can I add conditions to it. For example, the drill down displays all the projects whereas I would like to exclude 'cancelled' and 'on-hold' projects from being displayed.

How can I add this condition in Drill Down list box.

Hi, Sayantan Dutta.

Try execute following steps below:

1. Menu Settings -> Document Propertiers;
2. Groups tab;
3. In Groups area choice Drill Down list;
4. Click button Edit;
5. In Use Fields area, choice the field desired;
6. Replace current field by Ex.: if(Not Match('<field>','cancelled','on-hold'),<field>);
7. Click Ok.
