I am plotting quantity on the x axis of a chart with average selling price on the y axis. There are many, many quantities and I want to group them. Look at the attached excel file and you will see that columns A and B has the detailed records. Cloumns C and D groups the detail into ranges of 0 to 10, 11 to 20 and 21 to 30. But what I really want the user to be able to do is enter their own number that will be used to split the plot area into the numbers of section the users wants.
In column H and I you will see the calculations to split the plot into 5 section based on the users entering a 4 into a variable.
