Y we cannot change scroll background in layout

Y we cannot change scroll background in the properties of list or multi box.  each time I try but its going bac to old setting.

any help will b appriciated.

Hi, Try with this,  choose a color for scroll background, I selected blue color, after active o inactive other option for activate Apply Botton.. when the apply botton is enable press Apply and Accept.
