Year over year comparison

Hi All,

Any one please guide me ,i want to get the difference of  'yearqtr' = '2019Q1-2018Q2,2019Q2-2018Q2.......2020Q1-2019Q1....'

etc.,...while using in set analysis max  i'm getting only one year,but the output is to show the difference of all the yearQtr.
