You need to compare the periods in the table

Hi all.

Can't understand how you can compare two periods in the table without having to select points.

file, example attached.

Edit: Forgot to add another parenthesis at the end (in red the changes)

You can do something like this:

=Count(MedicalJournalId) - Above(Count(MedicalJournalId))
