access point log in

hi,

i changed my user id in my company

so they changed also my computer name to the new user

and im enter to my conputer with my new user

but,

when im in the access point he recognaize me for my old user

and my old usere dont have authorization to the models

in other web application i recognaized as the new user

what should i do that also the access poin wiil recognaize me in the new user?

try to clear your cache and history once and then try again . It should work properly after this

Hi,

-Try and clear cache.

-Once run the QMC schedule .It will attain the user credentials .

-Also check whether your user name is entered as changed one or the same old one in the concurrent licenses document which is provided for the license management.
