access point log in

hi,

i changed my user id in my company

so they changed also my computer name to the new user

and im enter to my conputer with my new user

but,

when im in the access point he recognaize me for my old user

and my old usere dont have authorization to the models

in other web application i recognaized as the new user

what should i do that also the access poin wiil recognaize me in the new user?

1.If your user id changes then you need to update the section access script in the application.

2.Are you able to open the same application in your local machine?

i still have this problem

and i dont know how to solve it.

im access to the access point and i see-

this is my ols user (it not exist anymore in the AD)

In the QMC-USERS-

its not findind this user

this is my new user-

other application in the web are recognize my new user!

only here in the access point it still my old user

someone know what can i do??
