access to document denied

hi,

I have a problem when opening the document: "Access denied the server is currently out of session and usage cals."

I don't have any section access. and I already have user liscence.

I always work on the document but suddenly this error has shown.

I tried to open it without data, the document opens and I reload, save it and try to reopen it again same problem.
