adding a sub-total and Avg lines to a pivot table

Hello got a pivot table with one dimension and several expressions

what I want is to add after each dimension value a line showing the total and another for the average as follows:

Hello,

But you can add only one kind of subtotal (avg or sum), you can not add two subtotals at the same time.
