alert wizard pop up

Could not use alerts message. After setting up by using alert wizard, it showed the alert message. But when it was trying to send out email for the alert message, it wouldn't get through.

I'm pretty sure what I figured on stmp address is right, but it still pops up the error. Do I still missing anything?

I just googled it, seems to be a problem with name resolution or something like that...

Thanks for the help. I just got information that our company wouldn't allow this testing sent from local desktop. It can be connected through server side. That'll explain why I can't get it sent out.
