arrow not printing

Hi, does anyone know why when i print out my QlikView report the arrows mysteriously appear as picture path rather then arrow image?

See example screenshot below.  The left image shows how the arrow appears on screen (correct).  Right shows the result when printed out.

Are there any particular settings that need to be configured so that the arrows appear for every user when printing??

I have the same issue, the arrows are not printed in ajax.

Does anyone know a solution or a workaround to this problem ? Is it a bug ?
