assign custom title for field values in qlikview

Hi

I have 1 table with hierarchy data like :

Level 1

Level 2

Level 3

Level 4

now requirement suggest i have to create another field Title where values should be  , if some comes in Level 1  than Title  should be CIO.

Level 2 than Title should be MD

Level 3 than title should be ED

Level 4 than title should be assoc

Like in Level1 names should be CIO by position/title .

Level 2 should be MD
