associations for several tables

I have a Sales Header Table, Sales Detail Table, Item Table, Receipt Table, Sales Calendar, Receipt Calendar.

I need to be able to show the inventory receipt $ along with the Sales $ for any given day.

I'm having trouble with the association for the tables.

I have attached documentation which I hope will help explain my issue.

I'm a programmer and know how to join tables in other software but just don't know how to make qlikview work.

Also any suggestions on what Qlikview Classes I could take that would cover this subject.
