Usually this behaviour leads not to bigger pains because there are mostly just a few fields which could be easily picked from the list. If you used fields with long prefixes - often created by a qualifying - you will get of course by nearly each action to detect or choose a field difficulties. In this case you should really consider to relinquish of the qualifying (it has in general much more disadvantages as benefits) or to adjust it to shorter prefixes without spaces.
