Hi I am trying to reload the document but it is failing and the following is the details:

Can anyone let me know what is causing the failure??

Hi

I would suggest the below things

1) Make sure the service account used belong to administrator group and it has full privileges.

2) Generate log file by visiting document properties as shown below. and check what does it says.

3)Do you have section access enable? if so then you must pass your section access credentials here as shown below in your distribution service.

We had the same issue in our environment.

Have you tried reloading it manually?

Please also see if there are multiple tasks running at the same time and it could happen that the QlikView Publisher might not have enough instances. So you may change the task time a little bit and try.

Also please see if you have heap size increased and number of of engine in 2 digits like anything between 14 - 18.

I would recommend contacting QlikTech Support engineers while making such configuration changes in your QlikView environment
