average of column average

Hi I want to calculate average of the column average. For example, I have q2 and q3. I want to calculate avg(avg(q2),avg(q3)). This formula doesn't work in Qlikview. You may say why not use (Avg(q2)+Avg(q3))/2. Well, I can't because I don't want to count missing value for avg(q2) and avg(q3). RangeAvg doesn't work either.

Any help will be appreciated!
