i want to make avg for sum feild.

i wrote:

afg(kgperhour).

but the result is not correct .

what i did wrong ?

you have written afg it should be avg()

Hi Yarin,

Using afg(kgperhour) is not the right one. In QlikView we can use:

1. Expression: Avg(kgperhour)

2. Expression: Sum(kgperhour) then select Average in total mode

Instead of write afg(kgperhour),pls write Avg(kgperhour).

you have to write in expression side of any chart object

and aggr to that dimension on what you want the right answer

aggr(avg(Fieldname),dimensionfieldname)
