barbecue Grill Chart

Hi,

This is a chart that i created on my own...the idea is to give it a barbecue look..i created this in excel and the client became very happy.

Just wanted to replicate it in Qlikview...anyone can make this look better?

I am attaching the excel version (screenshot). Is there anyway to hide the arrow post intersection with the parts of the bars as in excel?
