batch process to reload the QV with Secion Access

Hello Friends,

Using batch process I have tried to reload the QV file its working fine but when I tried to do the same for the file contains Secion Access, when I click the batch file everytime it asks the username and password.

I am using section access as a excel file.

Is it possible to reload the QV document with User Access(Batch File), please give some example how to do it...

Thanks and Regards,

Chriss Mervin

Hi Chris,

There is no way to apss section access fields using the command line.Instead, you can add as ADMIN the user that is running the scheduled task in Windows to the section access using the field NTNAME instead of USERID and PASSWORD. That will keep from prompting credentials and will reload will all values from the data source without reducing data. Check this post about a very similar issue

Hope that helps.
