Dear all,
what are basic differences between biff and ooxml.
Example:
(biff, embedded labels,Table is Sheet1
(ooxml, embedded labels,Table is Sheet1)
Biff stands for Binary Interchange File Format and was the standard for MS Excel files up to version Office 2003 (extension xls). Ooxml is the object oriented xml structured language that is currently used for MS Excel files (extension xlsx).
You cannot load an xls file with the ooxml addition, and in the same way you can't load an xlsx file with the addition biff.
Does anybody knows what is difference between biff and ooxml
