I have some problem with plugin. When i open an app from access point by plugin, the report just won't load. it's showing a blank page.
We tried clearing the registry and reinstall it. still not working. it's v9 sr6, any advices?

Just a long long shot, but I had this problem last year when my NT domain name was changed. Are you testing with a qvw with NT Name-restricted security?

Yes and no. We distribute the report by using CN names in LDAP.
But, this issue is isolated. only one user is having this problem.
How did u fix?
Well in our security script we identify the names of people who can access the report. My NT Name changed because IT didn't communicate the domain name change to the QV devs. So once I figured out my new NT name it was a simple change to the script.
Could be possible your name was changed in LDAP...
Like I said, lots of things can cause this, but for an individual user to experience this lack of access indicates it could be a name/security problem.
