bookmarks are disable

Hi All

All bookmarks are disable in Access point

User unable to access his bookmark, and the data from QLIKVIEW. please healp me.

Hi

Please verify that Allow bookmars is checked.

Open qvw, go to Document properties, and then Server tab.

Hi,

May be due to .Share files corruption.

Did you deleted something from end-user [User Document] or root folder.

Do you have QV Publisher? Have you tried to restore the .Share backup file. Also try to open the application in QV Desktop and see if the bookmarks are available? Also, use the Power Tools to view the bookmarks.

If you take daily backups,

then can restore from your previous backup.

Replace .Share files.

If you are having issues with the .shared file, you can use the Shared File Verification and Cleaning tool to help clear that up. 

If you can see bookmarks in the .shared file, have no corruption, but still cannot see bookmarks in AP: Check to see that "Allow Server Objects" is checked in QMC > System > Setup > QlikView Servers > server > Documents.
