Hi,

You can set the different color to highlight it.

Go to Properties of chart - > layouts-> scroll bar setting at right bottom.

Check this,

Go to -> Style as Pivot 1 -> Background-> Change to Desired Color

Layout -> ScrollBars -> Your required color
