botton for Notes and Annotation

I want to do so, to ensure that the comments were opened on the button situated on the sheet, not on the control panel.

How can I do it?

I want to create a button that would open the same window "Notes Pane". Perhaps someone has already done it.

How to do this?

Maybe I need to use a macro?

I will be glad of any help.
