budget and sales

I need to have all dimensions related to sales and not to budget

what I expect : whenever I don't have sales for the combination code structure/codesite/date time , I will not have budget

what I get : I have always budget although I didn't have sales

How to modify my design in order to get what I expected ?

Hi,

One thing could be renaming Comp, Code Site, Date Time and Code Structure fields to something else in Budget table.
