calculate AVG and max/min

Hi all

I want to calculate avg and max/min for all specific fields when select one or more selcted one feild

I wrote this script line but when I change current selection it changeed that should not be changed because its for all feilds not for selected feild

=max(neo_afsordegi,getfieldselections(name_family,'ALL'))
