Actual Head count:

Q1 7256

Q2 7553

Q3 7599

Q4 7699

Average head count:

Q1 6807

EX: Q1=Apr,May,Jun

6681 +6759+6981=20421/3= 6807

where are these above numbers ? And its not Q1 will be Q2
