calculate row wise last six months data using chart

I am unable to calculate using chart each row wise and last six months data. i have data like below mentioned.

i want to calculate and compare if( avg(Jan       Feb     Mar     Apr    May    Jun    Jul) < Aug    and

                                                        avg(Jan       Feb     Mar     Apr    May    Jun    Jul) < Sep    and

                                                        avg(Jan       Feb     Mar     Apr    May    Jun    Jul) < Oct    and

                                                        avg(Jan       Feb     Mar     Apr    May    Jun    Jul) < Nov    and

                                                        avg(Jan       Feb     Mar     Apr    May    Jun    Jul) < Dec  , 1,0)

Thanks for response, my requirement is not like that

1, the avg(jan to july data) compare with aug, sep, oct, nov, dec months  this means compare with last five each months data compare like avg(jan to july data) < Aug  OR avg(jan to july data) < Sep  OR  avg(jan to july data) < Oct   OR  avg(jan to july data) < Nov  OR  avg(jan to july data) < Dec

2, I want this values use in another text object shows the

    value is = 0 green symbol

    value is > 1 red symbol

    value is <1 and >0 yellow symbol.
