calculate worktime from scheme

Hi,

Working on a HR-app, and have hit a bump on the road so to speak. Tried finding anything here but not sure what to search for.

I need to figure out how many hours my staff is supposed to work over time. Ive got these tables to help me;

As you can see in the demo, staff can alternate workinghours within one scheme.
Is there a way to populate a table with certain dates so that I can show the answer; "Arnold should work 170h in may"??

Well, I do not know if the following is going to be on the right track or not, but it gets you to the Design Blob area where you may be able to find some further examples etc. that could help.
