Dear ALL,

Can any one help me in this reagrds we want to restrict certain views from particular domain ids through section access

can we control.

Hi Vikas,

If you are already using section access, set the sheet visibility to conditional in the sheet properties, General tab, and make it look like the following:

Match(Upper(OSUser()), 'DOMAIN\ALLOWEDUSER1', 'DOMAIN\ALLOWEDUSER2')

So if the OSUser() function that returns the current NTNAME of the user is listed in the following names, the sheet will be visible, otherwise, the sheet will be hidden. Note that this does not reduce the amount of data the document has, it only hides some charts to some users.
