change persistent colors

Hello

I have changed the colors of my bar charts, but when I click on the persistent color options, my colors get over written,  How do I change the persistent colors to use the colors I want?

You can create the color code in the script, like Henric demonstrates here

Hi Frank,

Did you considered using Multicolored on your chart? That way you can have the colors that you want. Hope it helped

Did you try to uncheck only the Persistent Colors?

Yes and the colors appear as defined by my variables, but they change as I drill down

What is your expressions you've defined in your color settings? Can you share a qvw sample so that we can take a look?

I suspect the change in the colors is inside those expressions that I've asked about.

I have the following in a spreadsheet RGB(255,255,204) and assign it to a variable.  Then I am using $(variable name).  The right color is appearing as shown above, but not on the chart with persistent colors enabled.
