change row height without wrapping text

hi everyone,

I was just wondering if anyone had come across changing the row height of a straight table/pivot table without actually wrapping the text?

for example if I have a field entry with 50 characters and it did not fit, it would just show .......  instead of wrapping to the next line, even though the cell height was double spaced?

right click on the table and select 'Fit Columns to Data'
