chart isn't working with more data

Hi,

This may be really simple but struggling to get a scatter chart to look correct (also tried with a radar chart).

Please see attached for my current attempt and the table below for the data. The data is from customers who have answered 2 questions (they have given a score for both). The chart seems to shows the scores but isn't linking to each customer and the axis dont look right (they should be 1-10 on both horizontal and vertical wth the dot in the graph representing the customer).

Any response would be greatly appreciated.

For scatter chart try Count(Tenancy)

In the radar i see customer, but there is no customer field.
