chart print priview hides axis

Hi All,

When I try to print a chart in Qlikview and click on print priview, I only see the bars without any x or y axis. Can somone please tell me how to solve it. Also when I try to see the print preview in ipad, printing gives me a dialog box – something is open, click here but print preview looks nothing like chart, CAn someone please tell me how to fix this. In windows, the print preview looks like below
