column name as a month & Year

hello

i want month as well as year in column name. i tried many exp in label but its not working .

I know, that is from paint.

Usually, In label we call call it as =MonthName(Max(FieldName))

Try this ....Month(Date)&'-'&Year(Date)

Assuming :

Take a pivot table with add ur dimensions which includes your date dimension(use the above logic) and add ur expressions. Now drag this date dimension to the top to see them as columns... jan-2016 feb-2016 and so on..

Use the monthname() function on your date as a dimension.

Either use a calculated dimension monthname(YourDateField) or create a monthname field in your load script.
