Hi ,

Is it possible to send an email throguh Script (not as a Button Click) command.

I want to send an email if the amount(ITEM_AMT) exceeds over a specifc value.

I don't think the macro solutions presented here will not work in a server reload. They require System Access, which you cannot get in a server reload. These solutions are ok if you are doing manual reloads.

Hi Rob,

Yes. I can able to reload in my machine. When i deploy in Server it is not working. It is showing the error like "Client was not authenticated". The details i provided are

1. Running macro with "System Access" Mode

2. Giving SMTP Server Name & Port

3. Not providing any authentication(Username & Password) - is it required?

What are the other steps to be taken for working in Server?

Another Issue. I tried to send an email on button event trigger. I used same code for this too.

I opened the file in Accesspoint and triggered the button, but it didnot work.

Could you please let me know the reasons why it failed?
