connect Qlikview to websites with username and Password

Hello Guys,

I have a need to load the data from a website into Qlikview. How can I connect the website to Qlikview with a Username and Password. It is also a https site. I dont know whether it is possible.

I just saw the google Analytic Example. But what about a normal website with data. Can't I download the data with a username and password from a website??

It may work for you.

Try the following syntax: "https://username:password@yourserver.com/someTable.xml".
