and best way to learn Qlikview is purchase Qlikview 11 for Developers by Barry

2. Gather the background and objective of DW & BI

3. Go through QlikView help to get overall understanding on the tool

4. Go through QlikView blogs and samples posted by experts

5. Look at QlikView samples available in the QlikView package in your local and at QlikView demo

6. QlikView videos and online training.

7 If possible then get QlikView training at your place

8. Observe QlikView community regularly

9. Create your sample data and try to create simple visualization
