count as total in pivot table

Hi,

I have created a pivot table which has a expression ant the output of the expression is a alpha numeric value. Now i want to show the count of the records as the total at the bottom. Is it possible?

Username     UserId      #ofCALs

Sam Wall     X12345     23

Susan          H24152     12

kirk ross       J76243      12

Total              3            47

Here, Username is the dimension, UserID and #of CALs are the expression. If i select subtotals at the bottom and show partial sums, the result is

Username     UserId      #ofCALs

Sam Wall     X12345     23

Susan          H24152     12

kirk ross       J76243      12

Total              -             47

How can i show the count of User id as total in PIVOT TABLE?
