create bar chart with target

Hi ,

I need to create a bar chart  and  pivot table with target i am adding sample data as well as result pic please help me.

The best idea I have for you is Reference lines:

https://help.qlik.com/en-US/qlikview/November2018/Subsystems/Client/Content/QV_QlikView/Reference_Li...

Hopefully that may work, it will not have pretty box for each bar, but instead a line across, but you should be able to do one for the low and high I believe.
