cyclic dimension to show values greater than variable DEVICEDUMP

Dear TEAM,

Can you please advise me to get desired output .I nned to show relevant MODEL,RNC,VENDOR  WISE  COUNT where ACCUMULATEDSUM > USER DEFINED INPUT VARIABLE.

need to do this with calculateddimension.

I have tables:

.But somehow in my designed chart whener I choose any RNC/MODEL from chart it autoselects ACCUMUlatedsum giving wrong data.PFA the sample example.

Can you please help and suggest.
