I suspect this is likely better handled by reaching out to your account manager and our services team, or one of our partners who can likely assist you in getting your application worked out such that it will do what you want. It seems you need more help than the Community is really designed to handle on this one, but if you can provide more specific questions on things with which you need help, someone may be able to assist, but this seems you are looking for someone to basically develop the entire application for you, and I am doubtful you are going to find that help in the Community.

Sorry I do not have something better for you, my post will kick things back up, but I am not sure anyone is going to have the time to do what you are currently asking them to do for you, this is normally something for which someone would conduct a paid engagement from what I can tell.
