dashboard refresh issues

Hi,

1) Every day morning 7.30 my dash board is refreshed? But latest data is not updated? How will you handle this scenario?

Check in the QMC if the reload task completed successfully. If it did then check the source data. If it didn't then check the document log file for errors.

Hi

If data is not refreshed how can you be sure that your Dashboard is refreshed. Check if all QVDs are refreshed & then check with dashboard.
