data sending to excel

Hi,

I have a field called Sales ID  having 13 digit values like

0103011800204

0103021800205

while exporting to excel missing zeros and getting values like this

103011800204

103021800205

so how to get with zeros as well. can anyone help thanks

you may define a Format under Settings/Document/numbers

Format your field Sales ID to

###0000000000000
